After Johnny was killed in the hideout, Tommy and the gang were captured and took them on top of the building. Tommy broke free and he meets Caesar Cappuccino, The Leader of the Dangerous Fangs. Caesar escaped from hideout. Tommy and his gang escaped after the Hideout is destroyed. T-bone Call Tommy to fight a Gang called The Purple Cyclones were a Huge and Advanced and trained Marines Russian gangs led by Boris Makatov who is actually an Russian Bald Highly trained ex-marine and a ex-wrestler and master of Mixed Martial Art he is the most one of the tallest character.
