Hugo is a 17 years old Boy who dons Large Battle Armor Suit that give him Super Strength.He has Bladed Discs that can throw and cut through things.He is a bit Cocky and Arrogant Guy who wouldn't want to be mess with.He Thinks he was better big shot than other people.He seemed to be a loud mouth and obnoxious person.
