Ice was once a ordinary small time criminal named Clay Beverly until a freak accident by Ice that contained in the mutagen from the lab and he has been infused with ice.Now he became a villainous arch-enemy to Lou and Gax which are the one who is blamed for his mutation.he later joined with a fellow mutant named Shark-Tooth who seemed to want exact same revenge on Lou and Gax.Ice is a Sinister bad guy and a comedian who love to make bad pun about freezing people and making them fear of his high cold temperatures.he is also became the member of the Bio-Squad.
