Lil' Leroy is a young sailor boy who carries a very big heavy anchor use it to crush them.he is the youngest member of Captain Eugene's Crew and the Shortest boy.he speak in new yorker accent instead of french accent due to his father is american and his mother is french.he is very dwarfed by his Crew Mate,Kid Kutlass.he get teased by other big guys because his short stature.
