This is Paul Ra's Zhul he is a Evil Ruthless Criminal who is the one responsible for tore one of Flixer's arm and been forced him to replace with big bionic arm.he volunteered to be a Test Subject to get genetic DNA Splicing with tiger,puma,panther and his pet cat inside of a Lab with Dr.Albert Dobsman experimenting and mixing Different of Cats Gene inject him in his body.Paul mutated into Large Mutant Cat Hybrid and become known Killer Kat.he joined with General Neo Hammerhead and Bruntos as one of their Enforcer.

He is the same Paul that i drew years ago and he is a rebooted version of Paul Feline but he is a Bald Muscular Middle Eastern Man instead of Muscular American Man with blonde hair and he is a Mercenary instead of being just Martial Artist like the original Paul Feline.He is more Brutal and Violent than his previous incarnations.As Killer Kat is more Cannibalistic Nature and he has taste of human flesh than his Previous Incarnations.As Human he is shown very Cunning at his leading goal.He has a obsession of Cats for some reason.He has a Very Devious Nature of being a cat burglar like stealing jewels and Gem and Relics to his Collections.he also has a pet cat named Tai.
